Are you passionate about fairness in trade and think your colleagues should be too? A great place to get involved with Fairtrade is at your place of work. There are many different ways you can spread the word about the Fairtrade movement and inspire others with some fantastic Fairtrade products. Start your working day with a cup of Fairtrade coffee and you and your colleagues could be helping Kenyan coffee farmers take their children to school. Fairtrade @ school or university
A Fairtrade university or school is one that has made a commitment to supporting and using Fairtrade. They ensure that Fairtrade products are available in as many places as possible and they raise awareness on Fairtrade and the benefits that it brings to producers with students and staff. Become a lobbyist and write to you favourite brand to become Fairtrade. Look online for contact information and let them know about Fairtrade and how you would like them to make that switch. We can help you!
